Refund Policy

We have a NO return policy. Once an Order has been shipped or delivered, All sales are final sales. 

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind about your order you can have your order cancelled, unless the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped it is unavailable for cancellation.

Damaged Orders

If you received a defective item please email us at support@experiencedscent.com.

You will either be offered a partial/full refund or resent a new item. Please make sure too include proof of damage in your email.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email of your refund.

Notes about Refunds

Refunds could take up too 30 days too process and will go through the same payment processor by which it was purchased.
